Terms & Conditions

We want to make things as clear as possible before you sign up. Below is a plain English summary of the key terms for each of our services. Full terms are provided during the sign up process and are available to download via the links at the bottom of this page.

Indoor Self Storage and Shipping Container Storage

Your storage unit is yours to use on a monthly rolling basis. Here's what you need to know before signing up:

Billing is monthly in advance. You must give at least 7 days written notice to end your agreement. No refund is given for any unused storage period.
You can end your agreement at any time with written notice. The notice period is shown on your agreement.
You are responsible for insuring your own goods. We do not insure anything stored with us. An optional StoreReady protection plan is available at sign up.
You must lock your unit at all times. We are not responsible for an unsecured unit.
A range of items cannot be stored, including food, living creatures, firearms, hazardous or flammable materials, and certain lithium ion batteries. Full details are in your agreement.
Goods are stored at your own risk. Our liability for loss or damage is limited unless you have taken out StoreReady.
We can enter your unit in an emergency, if we suspect prohibited goods, or if fees remain unpaid.
If fees go unpaid, we reserve the right to overlock your unit and ultimately sell or dispose of goods to recover what is owed.

Vehicle Storage

We offer outdoor vehicle storage for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, cars, trailers, boats and more. Key things to know:

Billing is monthly in advance. You must give at least 7 days written notice to end your agreement. No refund is given for any unused storage period.
You must insure your vehicle throughout the storage period and provide evidence of insurance on request.
All valuables and perishables must be removed from the vehicle. Items left inside are at your own risk.
Gas bottles must be switched off or removed. No hazardous or explosive substances are permitted on site.
Your vehicle must be kept clean and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet this standard.
No major repairs are permitted on site. Minor repairs require prior permission.
Your vehicle must not be inhabited during the storage period.
We are not liable for damage caused by other vehicle owners, vermin, or general deterioration. Our liability for loss or damage caused by our own negligence is limited to £100.
If fees go unpaid and the vehicle is not collected following notice, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to recover what is owed.
